PBIS Hall Pass app for iPhone and iPad

This app helps administrators perform routine Positive Behavior In Schools (PBIS) surveys. Specifically, it assists with four types of evaluations:

School Walkthrough - This is a comprehensive, building-wide review of the school environment, including posted materials that provide guidelines for students to engage in positive behaviors, student awareness of behavioral expectations, and teacher awareness of behavioral standards for students and the ability to uphold those standards.

Classroom Walkthrough - This is a classroom-specific review of the environment and daily practices that support positive student behaviors.

Positive/Negative Feedback - This is a timed review of the ratio of positive to negative feedback within a given classroom that occurs during a timed (5, 10, 15 minute) window.

Opportunities to Respond - This is a timed review of the total number of Opportunities to Respond (OTRs) that students are given within a given classroom that occurs during a timed (5, 10, 15 minute) window.

The app formats the results of each evaluation into a structured Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file, suitable for import into any standard spreadsheet or database, and embeds this file into an email, ready to be sent for evaluation/tabulation.
